A

Program Audit How the process Works

Clearview will carry out a site audit and survey to identify the following:

  • image

Your existing safety, health, and environmental programs

  • image

    Compliance to relevant legislative requirement

  • image

Hazards and risks associated with your site activities

  • image

Best practices in any aspect of environmental, safety, and health

Next step?

Clearview will carry out a direct discussion with the site management.

A report will be provided reflecting site performance in all aspects of environmental, health, and safety.

All issues and findings during the survey and audit will be highlighted with recommended corrective actions to address any issues.

A Risk Assessment is Fundamental in Managing EH&S Programs and Systems

Clearview can guide you in the Risk assessment and Hazard Analysis process, from development of assessment tools to the identification of hazards, and solutions for appropriate control of hazards.

Risk Assessment

Risk assessment is a term used to describe the overall process or method where:

  • image

Hazards and risk factors are identified that have the potential to cause harm (hazard identification)

  • image

The risk associated with that hazard are analyzed and evaluated

  • image

Appropriate ways to eliminate the hazard, or control the risk are determined when the hazard cannot be eliminated (risk controls)

Task Safety Analysis

Identified as an administrative control in a risk assessment, a TSA (Task Safety Analysis) also known as a JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) or JSA (Job Safety Analysis) is a tool used to identify steps required for safe completion of a task, the hazards associated with each step and the controls required to mitigate associated risk.

The TSA helps integrate accepted safety and health principles and practices into a particular task or job operation. In a TSA, each basic step of the job is listed to identify potential hazards and to provide recommendations for the safest way to do the job.
